Goalkeeper Phil Priestley, who joined Chorley from Radcliffe Borough in October, pipped striker Peter Wright to become Chorley Supporters' Player of the Year.
He also took the inaugural KC Couriers Player of the Year award, ahead of Martin Clark and Peter Wright.
Clark was voted Players' Player of the Year while the KC Couriers Young Player of the Year accolade went to James Mullineux, with Adam Roscoe runner-up.
Chris Thompson's winning goal at Clitheroe on January 2 earned the inaugural KC Couriers Goal of the Season prize and the KC Top Scorer award went to Peter Wright.
John Bluck was presented with the KC Couriers Award for Most Appearances (49 league and cup) Peter Hardcastle, the retired bank manager who is now Chorley FC company secretary, was given the new KC Couriers Special Award for Services to the Club.
New director Kevin Charlton, head of KC Couriers (NW) Ltd, presented his firm's prizes.
