The car failed to stop in Burnley town centre.
A LEXUS was prohibited and seized by police in Burnley after being found to be leaking oil and driving with a flat tyre.
Officers first notices the car in Burnley town centre, however the driver failed to stop when instructed.
Response officers managed to stop the vehicle a short time later and found that one of the front tyres was flat and a significant amount of oil was leaking.
The driver was arrested after a breath sample tested positive for alcohol and the car was seized.
