A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of dealing drugs.
Officers in Burnley, assisted by the police dog unit and PD Harri, discovered a large amount of cash over the weekend alongside a phone suspected to have been used to assist with the dealing of drugs.
A man was later arrested and taken to the police station.
A spokesman said: “Male arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs. With the assistance of our fantastic Police dog Harri from HZ43 a large amount of cash was recovered, along with a suspected Drug Dealer phone. Male has been released pending further enquiries and consultation with CPS.”
