TWO people have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged in connection with the murder of Mark Fisher in Accrington on Sunday.
Joseph Hindle, 45, of Woodside Road, Huncoat, is charged with murdering Mr Fisher.
Louise Marie Henwood, 33, of the same address is charged with assisting Hindle by disposing of items used in the commission of the murder and providing a safe place for him to live.
They are jointly charged with robbing Mark Fisher of controlled drugs of a value unknown.
The defendants appeared separately and spoke only to confirm their name, address and date of birth.
They were both sent in custody to Preston Crown Court where they will appear on Tuesday, January 28.
Hilton was precluded by law from applying for bail and Henwood did not apply.
