A PASSENGER who suffered suspected head and chest injuries after a car overturned in Haslingden Old Road, Oswaldtwistle, on Tuesday has been discharged from hospital.
The man was injured in a Volkswagen Polo, heading towards Haslingden, about a mile from the Old Brown Cow pub.
The driver of the vehicle had already escaped with minor injuries and police said the passenger's injuries were not as serious as first thought.
