Two teenage brothers have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with conspiracy to rob McDonalds Restaurant plc, burglary and a firearm offence.
Adam Stuart Yates, 19, and Liam James Yates, 18, both of Ribchester Road, Wilpshire, were sent on bail to Preston Crown Court
They face charges of conspiracy to rob McDonalds Restaurants plc, burglary at McDonalds' Barrow restaurant with intent to steal and possession of a BT 90 air pistol with intent to commit an indictable offence, namely burglary.
They were bailed on condition they report to the police station three times a week, surrender their passports, observe a curfew from 7 pm to 7 am and do not enter the Clitheroe, Whalley and Barrow areas.
