I WOULD like to thank all the volunteers who got involved in Europe Month during November for the Year of the Volunteer, taking part in projects that made a difference in their community.
Volunteers across the country gave time improving conditions for children and young people, from painting youth centres to holding urban music events.
CSV places hundreds of European volunteers in full-time volunteering positions in the UK (in social care projects, living with families to support people with disabilities and enabling them to lead independent lives).
I hope the actions of these European volunteers can inspire even more British people to give volunteering a go!
