Blackburn Rovers have decided not to appeal against Andy Todd's red card from the weekend.
Manager Mark Hughes and several other leading Ewood officials studied video footage of the incident yesterday and, after much deliberation, they decided not to contest the dismissal.
That means Todd will serve a one-game ban, which rules him out of Saturday's encounter with West Ham United.
