MAY I ask just what is it our Town Council are trying to do to our market?
I cannot believe it as each week there seems to be another empty stall.
Do they not realise we are losing our heritage?
The variety of stalls we used to have is going fast. Soon it will be the most boring market in Lancashire.
Why are they so greedy with the rents? Surely they are the losers in the long run if there are more empty stalls.
It appears to me that it is going the same way as "Dead Street" or should I say "Church Street"
.
Church Street was changed with our money and it hurts.
