I HAVE recently received a penalty charge notice for parking on the Barton Street car park, Blackburn, as my ticket had fallen off my dash board.
It's about time the tickets had some gum on, then it could be securely attached and this would not keep happening.
It's very upsetting when you have a ticket, taken care to display it, only to find it must have blown off as you closed the door.
I have been driving for 40 years and I am a senior citizen. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
