DIANA the monkey was entertaining crowds in Nelson.
The monkey - which came from the Diana monkey tribe in Central Africa and was also known as 'the bearded lady' - had been shown on TV by zoo expert, George Cansdale. Diana was bought by pet shop owners in Nelson and had a passion for eating mistletoe.
