ROYAL Mail is reminding customers that Thursday is the latest date for posting mail Second Class to arrive in time for Christmas, and that Saturday, December 20, is the last date for First Class mail.
There will be no deliveries of mail between December 25 and December 28 and only limited collections from post boxes.
On Christmas Eve, Post offices will be open from 9am until 12.30pm while they will all be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. There will be normal opening hours on Saturday December 27, but on Sunday December 28, offices will only be open at their discretion. On New Year's Eve, all Post offices will open from 9am until 4pm but they will be closed on New Year's Day.
