Police officers have released CCTV images as part of an investigation into an assault which left a man with serious injuries in Chorley.
The incident happened on the corner of Fleet Street and Gillibrand Walks on Saturday 17 February.
Around 1.50am police were called close to Bees Kitchen and Deli, following a report that a man had been assaulted.
He had suffered head injuries and a broken ankle that later required surgery.

They also want to speak to a witness who went to the victims’ aid following the attack, but did not remain at the scene.
The man is around 5ft 10' and of slim to medium build.
A police spokesperson said: "We appreciate this happened some time ago, and whilst we have been making enquiries since that date, we are now asking for your help.

Police have charged a man with causing grievous bodily harm with intent in connection with the assault.
