Police seize car from uninsured, unlicensed driver with TEN outstanding speeding offences
A driver who was caught by police for having ten outstanding speeding offences has had his car seized.
On Friday, police stopped the vehicle, pictured, after officers discovered the driver had no insurance.
On further inspection, they also found he had no license, and had 10 outstanding speeding offences.
The Renault Espace, which was on European plates, was seized in Plungington in Preston, and the driver reported.
A spokesperson for the police said: "Renault Espace bearing European registration, seized and driver reported for insurance, licence and ten outstanding speeding offences, in the Plungington area of Preston."
