A lifelong Rovers superfan has shown just how dedicated he is to his home team, by framing the front pages of his local newspaper from the year they won the league.
Dave Fielding, from Ewood, was just four-years-old when his beloved Blackburn Rovers lifted the Premier League trophy back in 1995, but thanks to his dad, he is now able to relive the excitement every single day - when he goes to sit in his front room.
The 28-year-old was given the original copies of the Lancashire Telegraph from May 1995, after his dad managed to keep them safe for 25 years.
And he now has them framed, hanging in pride of place above the sofa in his living room.
Mr Fielding said: "The papers were passed down from my dad who kept them after we won the league.
"He still has the match ticket from Anfield that day somewhere too.
"I've supported Rovers all my life and follow them everywhere around the country."
Remembering how his favourite player was goalkeeper Tim Flowers, Mr Fielding said he even has a signed glove from the player, who now manages Barnet, on his wall.
He added: "I don't really have a favourite player these days but but I'm sure that will change if he scores the goal that sends us up."
The original 1995 papers include a front page with the headline 'We're Rover Joyed' and the back page splash 'Kenny reigns supreme'.
