BLACKBURN with Darwen Council has revealed the Christmas opening times of its coronavirus testing sites.
And Ribble Valley Borough has announced the opening of a new centre on Monday in Clitheroe.
All Blackburn with Darwen's sites will continue to operate over Christmas.
The walk-in centres at Railway Road in Darwen and Blackburn College will open 8am-8pm on Christmas Eve, 9am-3pm on Christmas Day and Monday 28th (Boxing Day bank holiday replacement), 8am-8pm on New Years Eve and 9am-3pm on New Years Day.
The Royal Blackburn Hospital site will open: 8am-5pm on Christmas Eve, 9am-3pm on Christmas Day and Monday 28th, 8am-5pm on New Years Eve and 9am-3pm on New Years Day.
The new NHS test centre at the Edisford Road car park in Clitheroe will open on Monday.
The centre – the first permanent one in Ribble Valley – will be walk-in by appointment only from 8am to 8pm every day and will operate until July next year.
