Coronavirus cases in Oxfordshire have gone up by more than 150 in a day as a third hospital death in the county this month was announced.
According to Public Health England, as of 9am, these are the number of new Covid-19 cases in 24 hours;
- Oxford - 37
- Oxfordshire -154
- UK - 24,701
The total coronavirus cases since the pandemic started;
- Oxford - 2,063
- Oxfordshire - 6,617
- UK - 942,275
Cumulative case counts include patients who are currently unwell, have recovered and those that have died.
A further people 310 were reported to have died within 28 days of a positive Covid-19 test.
It takes the confirmed UK death toll to 45,675.
Among the 174 Covid-19 hospital deaths announced by NHS England today was a patient at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH).
It follows the deaths of patients at the trust, which also runs the Churchill Hospital, Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Banbury's Horton General Hospital, on October 22 and on October 17.
These had been the first at OUH since July.

Oxfordshire County Council’s weekly update also showed infections are climbing with 800 new positive coronavirus tests in the county for the seven days to October 23 (Friday).
This was up from 598 in the week to October 16 and the figures show rates of infection are once again going up in every county district.
