TWO more patients have sadly died in Warrington Hospital after testing positive for Covid-19.
This brings the town's total death count to four.
The hospital Trust confirmed that an 84-year-old woman passed away on Saturday after testing positive for coronavirus.
She had an underlying health condition.
An 80-year-old man who also tested positive for Covid-19 died on Monday.
He also had an underlying health condition.
A Trusts spokesperson said: "Our thoughts and condolences remain with the patients' families and loved ones at this difficult time."
According to the latest government figures, 32 people in Warrington have now tested positive for Covid-19.
This data does not include those who might be self-isolating at home.
