Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Six points added to driving licence.

MELANIE DAY, 33, of Robins Court, Faringdon, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to be guilty of an offence between April 26 and May 24 in Banbury. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Six points added to driving licence.

THOMAS HERBERT, 27, of Cassington Road in Yarnton, convicted of speeding on January 26 on the A40 in Oxford. Found to be doing 38mph in a 30mph stretch of road. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Three points added to driving licence.

CHRISTOPHER LIVESEY, 59, of Park Street in Thame, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to be guilty of an offence between April 18 and May 16. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs.

EMMA MENELL, 54, of Blenheim Park in Woodstock convicted of speeding on January 28 on the M40 near Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Found to be doing 83mph on the 70mph stretch of road. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Three points added to driving licence.

NIELS PAIGE, 52, of Main Street, Oxford, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to be guilty of an offence between May 3 to May 31. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs.

JOSE PEREIRA, 43, of High Street, Benson near Wallingford, convicted of speeding in Thatcham, Berkshire, on April 12. Found to be doing 36mph on the 30mph A4 Bath Road. Fined £146 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge plus £85 court costs. Three points added to driving licence.

OLIVER PRICKETT, 38, of Angelica Close in Oxford, convicted of speeding on the A40 between the Wolvercote roundabout and Cutteslowe roundabout in Oxford on January 26. Found to be doing 40mph in the 30mph stretch of road. Fined £107 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Three points added to driving licence.

MUHAMMAD SALEEM, 38, of Iffley Road in Oxford, convicted of speeding on the A4144 Woodstcok Road, Oxford, on January 30. Found to be doing 38mph along the 30mph stretch of road. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Three points added to driving licence.

BHANUTHY THALAJASINGAM, 27, of Gloucester Street in Faringdon, convicted of speeding on the A40 in Oxford between the Cutteslowe roundabout and Wolvercote roundabout on January 26. Found to be doing 37mph along the 30mph stretch of road. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Three points added to driving licence.

TIM TOBIN, 55, of The Green in Kingham, Chipping Norton, convicted of speeding on the Woodstock Road, Yarnton on January 23. Found to be doing 58mph on the 50mph stretch of road. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, plus £85 court costs. Three points added to driving licence.

HOLLY WINTERBOURNE, 29, of The Causeway, Steventon, was convicted of failing to five information relating to the identity of a driver in Banbury between April 25 and May 23. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

INES MARIA ZANETTE, 49, of Mickle Way, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 40 mph in a 30 mph area at the B4027 Stanton St John on January 26. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JASON ANDREW MERRETT, 48, of Tweed Crescent, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at the A40 High Wycombe on January 6. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

Wayne RONALD AXTELL, 36, of no fixed abode, admitted attempted burglary at an address in Oxford on August 11. He was jailed for 10 weeks and must pay compensation of £200.

GARY IVOR JONES, 34, of Sturt Close, Charlbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on May 31 in Enstone. Had 148 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 42 months.

CALEB SAMUEL ROBINSON, 24, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis in Banbury on July 8. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

Gary BELCHER, 44, of Edinburgh Drive, Kidlington, admitted driving a vehicle while using a mobile phone on January 1 in Witney. He was fined £138 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for seven days.

LEE CANNON, 53, of Whittington Crescent, Wantage, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 30 mph in a 30 mph area at the A4130 Rowstock on April 22. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KAY KUEHNE, 38, of West Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 62 mph in a 50 mph area on December 10 in Yarnton. He was fined £166 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

PAUL JAMES MCCLURE, 41, of George Moore Close, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on January 8 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

SAMUEL TIMOTHY REYNOLDS, 27, of St Hildas Close, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 30 mph in a 30 mph area at the A413 Rowstock on May 15. He was fined £530 and must pay a victim surcharge of £53 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 28 days.
