LOVE island's Amy Hart has opened up about her biggest regrets about appearing on the show and finally addressed rumours she's feuding with her co-stars.

The former air hostess went through a tumultuous time in the villa; jumping straight into a relationship with Curtis Pritchard only for the dancer to break her heart weeks later and eventually couple up with fiery grid girl Maura Higgins.

Amy, 27, said looking back it feels like she was living in an episode of EastEnders for two months but her experience had been painfully real at the time.

"I didn't see it as going on to a TV show - I went in there 'to find someone'. What an idiot!" Amy told Heat Magazine.

Lancashire Telegraph:

"If someone in real life said to you - when they'd known you for nine days - 'I don't want anyone else' you'd be like 'You're insane. "And if someone, after four weeks, said 'I don't want to see you anymore,' you'd be like 'OK that's fine.'

"And then there's me, SOBBING in the beach hut. It does stuff to you," cringes Amy.

But Amy said her fallout with 'half boyfriend' Curtis isn't her biggest regret from her stint on the show.

She admitted that she wishes she's hadn't lived on macaroni cheese and pizza in lockdown week [the week before the show].

Lancashire Telegraph:

Amy says she put herself on a strict vegan diet for eight weeks prior to her TV appearance combined with daily gym sessions to feel her best in a bikini.

The reality TV starlet also says she wishes she had moaned less and had had more fun in the challenges like her co-stars.
