A WOMAN has pleaded guilty to committing arson which would endanger life and property.
Burnley Crown Court heard 31-year-old Katey Mitchell, committed the offence at a house belonging to Janine Farnhill at Briercliffe Avenue, Colne, on June 29. Three people were taken to hospital as a result of the incident in an upstairs bedroom.
Appearing over video link at Burnley Crown Court from Styal Prison, Mitchell, of Skelton Street, Colne, spoke only to confirm her name, address, British nationality and enter her guilty plea.
Mitchell will be sentenced on September 16.
