A car has crashed into a lamppost in Coppull
A car has crashed into a lamppost closing parts of a road to traffic.
The incident happened on Spendmore Lane , Coppull, around 7pm on Sunday.
A black ford crashed into a lamppost, causing significant damage to the front end.
A spokesperson for the police said: "We are dealing with an RTC in Coppull and parts of the road are closed near Spar.
"Please allow extra time for journeys."
