Kendal Post Ofice
Further to letters from Graham Vincent, Peter Gaukroger and James Airey about the future of Kendal post office, I can understand the concerns of many people. The proposed new site in W.H. Smith, is, to put it mildly, crazy.
Anyone can see that it is totally inadequate.
If the closure of the present post office is inevitable, could an alternative be considered? How about Booths supermarket? That is, of course, if Booths would be agreeable.
