MORE than 100 firms and individuals have now purchased ‘The Hottest Ticket in Town’ to get behind Chorley FC.

For the cost of just £100 companies could now have the chance to be the club’s manager for the day or become a member of the first team squad for the 2018/19 campaign.

There’s also a number of hospitality prizes worth over £30,000 including a table for four in the 1883 Lounge at every league game next season, plus matchday sponsorship, programme advertising and VIP tables at the golf day, sportsman’s dinner and annual Thirsty Magpie beer festival.

Commercial Manager Josh Vosper said: “The response so far has been amazing and it’s great to see local people get involved.

“Everything we make goes back into the running of Chorley Football Club which is so important moving forward.

“I’d especially like to thank estate agents Ben Rose for purchasing the 100th ticket.

“Ben has been a supporter for a number of years and his business has really taken off recently, with him opening another store in Leyland.”

He added: “Of course, we want more people signed up and which will help take us to the next level.

“We’ve got some great companies on board including Cosmopolitan, Practical CBT, Forbes Solicitors, Helmrig Landscapes, Chorley Autovolk, Envirocare, Kevills Solicitors, The Cherry Tree at Blackrod, Tapas Esteban, Jeff’s Orange Rooms, Neave Utilities Ltd and Astley Village Plumbing.

“We really appreciate your support and hope to get more people get involved in the coming weeks.”

‘The Hottest Ticket in Town’ is a commercial initiative for the club.

Among the prizes for the lucky winner includes: sponsoring the development team, become a member of the first team squad, hospitality season ticket for four in the 1883 Lounge and be come a dugout sponsor.

You will also get the chance to be manager for the day during one of their pre-season friendlies next year.

There is also the opportunity to be the chairman for the day and sample life in and around the boardroom in one of the pre-season friendlies.

You can lace up your boots and play in the black and white shirt in a pre-season friendly and all they ask is that the manager has a look at you in a pre-season session beforehand.
