THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 LYNSTEAD AVENUE, OAKLEIGH AVENUE & GREENLAND ROAD - TEMPORARY CLOSURES The Council intends to make an order, operative from 14 December 2020 and active between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on the following streets (at their junctions with Green Lane) to allow manhole repair works to take place: Lynstead Avenue, Oakleigh Avenue & Greenland Road.
