Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, heb fod yn gynharach na 7 niwrnod o 21 Hydref 2020 a fydd yn:-
1) Rhoi terfyn cyflymder dros dro o 10mya ar hyd y darnau ffbrdd y cyfeiriwyd atynt yn yr Atodlen isod.

Bydd y terfyn 10 mya mewn grym pan fo gwaith hebrwng yn mynd rhagddo.
2) Gwahardd pob cerbyd rhag goddiweddyd ar y rhannau hynny o'r ffordd.

Mae angen cyflwyno'r cyfyngiad er mwyn diogelu gweithlu Uned Waith Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wrth iddynt osod wyneb newydd ar y ffordd. Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr ar gael drwy gydol y cyfnod.
Mae'r Gorchymyn yn cychwyn ar 9 Tachwedd 2020 am ddeunaw mis, neu hyd at y dyddiad y cwblheir y gwaith yn gynt. Disgwylir i'r gwaith bara tan tua 27 Tachwedd 2020.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER
DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL B4401 JUNCTION WITH A5(T) CORWEN TO BRYN LLWYN, CORWEN
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION AND NO OVERTAKING ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 21st October 2020 to make an Order which is to:-
1) Impose temporarily a 10 mph speed limit on the length of road specified in the Schedule below.

The 10 mph limit will apply when convoy work is in force on any given day.
2) Prohibit all vehicles from overtaking in the said lengths of road.

The reason for the restriction is to facilitate the safety of workmen during resurfacing works by Denbighshire County Council - Works Unit. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of the restriction.
The Order commences on 9th November 2020 for eighteen months or the earlier completion of the works. The works are expected to last approximately until 27th November 2020.
Schedule
Length of road at Corwen in the County of Denbigh
B4401 Junction with A5T Corwen to Bryn Llwyn, Corwen; the restricted section commences 600m south of the junction with Pen y Bryn Hill and extends southwards for approximately 1 km.
