GORDON HOLDEN Beryl and Derek would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations for The East Lancs Hospice received at this sad time. Thanking also the district nurses, doctors, nurses and staff on ward C4 Royal Blackburn Hospital for their kind care and attention, Rev Geoff Tolley for his kind words and comforting ministrations, Petals Florist for the tram floral tribute and to Gary and staff at Darwen Funeral Services for their efficient arrangements.
