THOMAS PATRICK (Tom) MAUDSLEY Graham,Diane,Rebecca and Kat would like to thank family,friends and neighbours for the cards,flowers and particularly for the donations to the Blackpool Victoria and Manchester Royal Haematology wards whose wonderful staff looked after Tom during his treatment for leukaemia.To Annie and Stephen Richardson for conducting the service and reading the eulogy. To the co op funeral service for their understanding and dignified arrangements. A very special mention to all who saw the hearse off from Darwen golf club and all who came to the cemetery
