BRIAN WILLIAM HENDERSON Barbara, Craig and Elise wish to thank all relatives friends and neighbours for support given, flowers, cards of condolence, gifts and generous donations and prayers. Special thanks to Rev. Chris for his kind ministrations, the congregation and choir of St. Barts. and family and friends from Trinity and Waddington Methodist Churches. Thanks to Dr. Tyagi, Dr. Ireland and all the staff at the Water Street clinic. Thanks to the Clayton district nurse team, the ambulance crew and all the staff at Royal Blackburn Hospital, particularly the nurses on ward 20 and consultants Mr Metheiken and Mr Perricone. Thanks also to Birtwistle & Rishton Funeral Service for their dignified arrangements.
