PETER BLEZARD Susan, Damon and Adam would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for cards, floral tributes and kindness shown to them at this sad time. To all staff and volunteers at East Lancashire Hospice, also to Options Homecare, our heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding care shown to Peter and family over several years. A special thank you to Rev Dr Catherine Lewis-Smith for her prayerful support and leading of the lovely Celebration, all who assisted in the service and the many friends who attended. Thank you also for kind donations for the Hospice. Finally, our grateful thanks to Gregg and Tricia at Ainsworth's Funeral Service for their caring, efficient arrangements.
