AQUILA STEELE (WALLY) It is with much sorrow the death of Wally of Mellor Brook, is announced; he died in hospital on the 10th November, aged 86. Wally, a beloved husband - married to June for 61 years and much loved father of Andrew. He leaves sister Ella (in NZ) and the late Harry, Albert, Thomas, Margret and Mary. Good brother - in law and caring uncle and Godfather to nephews and nieces. Employed at Mullards for 32 years, played bowls for St Stephens and Canberra Clubs. A lifelong Christian, a hardworking and kind man. Sadly dementia took its toll on his life over the last 12 months. Private service at St Stephens Church, 27th November, followed by cremation of Pleasington. Any donations in lien of flowers to St Stephens Church (St Stephens Pcc) would be much appreciated.
