WINIFRED JOHANNA (Joan) BRIGGS (née Flanagan) On 21st September 2020, peacefully at Hollymount Care Home, Joan, aged 85 years, of Delph Close, Blackburn. The dearly loved wife of the late Frank, much loved mother of Janet, Susan, Tony and Louise, dear mother in law of Ian and Elaine and a loving grandma of Karl, Nicola, Claire, Daniel and Abigail. At rest in the Grimshaw Park Funeral Home. Requiem Mass at St Joseph's Church, Audley on Thursday 1st October at 10.45am prior to cremation at Pleasington. Family flowers only please but donations can be made for Cancer Research UK, 23 Parsonage Road, Blackburn, BB1 9PG. Special thanks to the staff at Hollymount Care Home.
