BARBARA LIGHTBOWN (née Kay) On Sunday 5th April 2020, peacefully in Royal Blackburn Hospital, Barbara, aged 84 years. Beloved wife of the late William Lightbown, loving mother of Susan and Wendy, loving nan of Stephen, Pamela and Emma, loving great grandmother of Harvey, Harry, Billy and Jack and sister of Harvey.
