MURIEL BARNES EVANS Peacefully in hospital on 8th September 2019, Muriel aged 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Oswald "Ossie" Evans, much loved mum of Allen and David, also a dear mother in law of Lindsay, treasured and much loved grandma, nana, great grandma and great-great grandma. "Muriel will be sadly missed by her family and many friends". Funeral service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Friday 20th September 2019 at 1.30pm . Flowers or donations in memory of Muriel may be made to East Lancashire Hospice C/O Scales Funeral Service 134 Darwen Street, Blackburn BB2 2AJ. The family have requested that mourners wear something colourful with a preference towards yellow in honour of Muriel. Enquiries telephone 01254 265911.
