PATRICIA (PAT) BRETHERTON (Nee Ratcliffe) Passed away peacefully on 15th June 2019, aged 91, at Southport & Formby District Hospital. The beloved wife of the late Allan, a much loved mother of Allan, Ann and Alison, a treasured grandmother of Simone, Graham, Owen, Philly, Frankie and Alex and great grandchildren Keiara, Imogen and George. Pat will be sadly missed by her family and friends. A service will be held at Christ Church, Douglas-in-Parbold, on Friday 28th June 2019 at 10 am, followed by a committal at West Lancashire Crematorium.
