SAMUEL (SAM) WILLOUGHBY Peacefully on Friday 10th May 2019, fortified by the Rites of Holy Mother Church, with his loving family at his side, Sam aged 78 years. The dearly loved husband of Rebecca (Reba), a much loved father of Diane, Amanda, Geoffrey and Samuel, treasured grandad of Carla, Louis, Nathan, Bradley, Callum and Megan and great grandad of Brooke and Jenson, a dear brother of John, Josie, Mary, Madeline, Evelyn and brother-in-law of Jo and Joe. Sam will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St John Vianney on Wednesday 22nd May 2019 at 1.00pm prior to cremation at Pleasington at 2.15pm. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of Sam to Prostate Cancer, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
