David Cameron welcomed a new arrival to Downing Street today, posing for pictures with his 10-day-old daughter.The Prime Minister stood with his wife Samantha, who cradled their new baby Florence Rose Endellion on the steps of No 10.The child appeared unfazed by the bank of photographers and camera crews on the other side of the street.Asked how many nappies he had changed, Mr Cameron joked: ?Hundreds.?Another journalist asked: ?Has Nick Clegg changed any nappies yet?? Mr Cameron replied: ?That?s next.?
