Sports fans are being invited to share their views on rugby and consider what the game means to them.
In the last ten years rugby has undergone a great deal of change with the success of England's national team and the recent Go Play Rugby recruitment campaign which introduced thousands of new fans and players to the sport.
The RFU wants to safeguard the core values of the game and ensure that the things that draw people to rugby are looked after and maintained.
After talking directly to people across England from within and outside the game, the RFU is now conducting an online survey to widen the debate.
