Striker Steve Settle, who Chorley manager Gerry Luczka was planning to sign on a loan deal, has been recalled to Leigh RMI.
It is believed Leigh's decision to recall the player may be due to Steve Burke signing a contract at Victory Park, as the Hilton Park club are understood to have wanted Burke as Settle's.
