The Magpies take on one of manager Steve Waywell’s former clubs, Leigh Genesis, at home this weekend.

It's the second of four successive Saturdays they are playing at Victory Park.

Leigh, formerly Leigh RMI and before that, Horwich RMI, have won only four of their 15 away league games this season.

The visitors will have no problems finding the ground after playing several of their recent home games there.

After the game, to which former players who have represented both clubs are invited as Chorley’s guests, the team will be on their travels again on Tuesday, this time to Wakefield.

The sides fought out a goalless draw on the opening day of the season.
