Chorley are enjoying a tremendous season and are riding high in third spot in the table – and they are involved in the league’s game of the day ar reigning Northern League champions Leyland.

Andy Holdsworth’s side have already surpassed last season’s points tally of 103 with professional Gaurav Dhar and spin twin Iain Critchley playing a big part in their success so far with 60 wickets between them.

While they have been in majestic form with the ball Leyland pro Brett Pelser has been in top nick with the bat with 465 runs, while and Luis Reece has scored 500 runs at 83.
