Paceman Richard Gleeson took 4-31 as Chorley were dismissed for a disappointing 127, Will Moulton top-scoring with 34 off 48 balls.

Mikey Tidmas grabbed the prize wicket of Chorley’s South African pro JJ Smuts for just nine as he took 3-27.

Blackpool openers Alex Smith (73 not out) and John Mounsey (57 not out) shared an unbroken opening stand of 131 to steer their side through to an emphatic win.
