Chorley Harriers' fell runners were in excellent form at the Kentmere Horseshoe race in Cumbria amongst a field of nearly 400 runners.
The 11.9 mile race was a counter for the English Championships and Dominic Raby took his points haul up to 50 with a brilliant finish in 24th place with a course best time of 1.37.54. John Sutton also ran a course best and picked up his first four championship points with 46th spot. In form Mark Ellithorn slashed ten minutes off his previous best to finish 85th in 1.47.
