CHORLEY boss Garry Flitcroft is set to hand debuts to his three summer signings in tonight’s friendly with Preston North End.
Goalkeeper Andy Robertson, defender Kieran Walmsley and midfielder Simon Garner, the son of ex-Clitheroe chairman Carl Garner, are all set to make their bows against North End’s first team.
Ex-Magpie Lee Trundle could also feature after joining North End on trial.
Flitcroft said: “This is a great early test for us and we’re really looking forward to it. Graham Westley has promised to send a full-strength squad so we are hoping for a bumper turn-out.”
The game, which is an annual fixture in memory of former Chorley chairman Jack Kirkland, kicks off at 7.30pm.
