Lancashire have signed South African Test batsman Ashwell Prince as interim overseas player for the start of the 2010 season.
The 32-year old Prince will join the club from the start of the season and will stay until the arrival of Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara after he completes his commitments at the ICC T20 World Cup and the proposed Asia Cup.
It is Prince's second stint with the Red Rose county after he covered VVS Laxman’s unavailability at the start of the 2009 season.
