Chorley Football Club have announced the signing of a unique three year deal with The Chorley and District Building Society for the sponsorship of the main stand at The Chorley Group Victory Park Stadium.

The two businesses have worked closely together over the past 12 months with the setting up of the Chorley Football Club Affinity Savings Account in which an individual cannot only earn interest for themselves but also earn interest for the Magpies.

Jeremy Lee, Chorley FC director said: "This is just another great example of a local business working closely with the football club.

"When setting up a Chorley FC Affinity account both the club and saver are winners. "The new advertising boards have been erected at the ground and we look forward to welcoming the staff of The Chorley & District Building Society to our first home game of the season against Nuneaton on the August 8."

For further details of the CFC Affinity account call in to your local Chorley & District branch or telephone 01257 235000.

Chorley Football Club now have a lifesaving BOC Lifeline Oxygen kit, thanks to sponsorship from Chorley Supporters Trust.

Trust board member James Wilson handed the new kit over before the friendly match against Preston North End.

Accepting the Lifeline kit on behalf of Chorley FC, physio Danny Fishwick said:

"Oxygen is part of the lifesaving equipment that is becoming more and more important in football these days.

"With on-field deaths in football at its highest that it's ever been, the need for this equipment is at its greatest.

"It also shows that the club is going in the right direction on all counts, the fans, the trust, the ground and the players and staff - the medical side of things will now be coming up to the level of National League and League Two teams.

"With our first aid team all trained to use the Lifeline kit, we will be prepared for any emergency where oxygen is required."

The Lifeline is a portable lifesaving kit allowing oxygen to be administered quickly when needed.

Chorley Supporters Trust decided to sponsor this equipment as part of its commitment to work with Chorley FC to improve the matchday experience.

In recent years the Trust has sponsored a new public address system and disabled access to the Social Club at Victory Park.
