Chorley Citizen: Chorley boss Garry Flitcroft Chorley boss Garry Flitcroft

CHORLEY continued their fine form in the Evo-Stik League Premier Division with a 3-1 home win over AFC Fylde.

Josh Hine gave Garry Flitcroft’s side an 11th minute lead only for Sean Cooke to level.

................And what a cracking goal from James Dean-20 yards out, swiveled then rifled a shot in the top corner!!! Josh Hine's second goal was as good as any in the top league as well, a delightful chip over the keeper(perhaps even better considering the strong wind coul have taken the ball over the crossbar)Well played the lads and good to see the players run up to Gary Flitcroft and Matt Jansen in the dug out....I thought that Paul Jarvis and Jake Cotterill put more than a 'shift in' Fantastic!!!! and what can you say about 'Mr Dependable' Keil O' Brien (seems to go from strength to strength) Again, thanks to the lads for the entertainment on what was an appalling day weatherwise...... Maybe the people f Chorley & District are waking up the fact that Chorley FC are a decent oufit 1000+attendance. Hey, No Buses running and Cr*p weather.... Try and make Saturday.s game at home to Grantham an even bigger gate. I'll becoming in on the train (20 miles away)

PS I have tried to change my 'comment name' but cannot anyone help

It would be great if the Rovers fans made Chorley their second club and got down to watch. 1000 in EvoStick is great and they'll soon be overtaking Accy Stanley!
On to Wembley
Well done Gaz and Matty!
