A recipe from a resident of Buckshaw Retirement Village is featured in a cookbook produced by a care group to mark its 20th anniversary.
Beryl Stockbridge’s recipe for Italian fish stew is among 66 recipes chosen by Hica Care Group from hundreds of contributions from staff, service users and their families from Hica sites in Lancashire, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. The Recipes for Success book is on sale at Buckshaw Retirement Village for £5.
