The boyfriend of an Eccleston woman, charged with her murder, appeared in court this morning for a bail hearing.
James Bellass, 36, of Holland House Court, Walton-le-Dale, appeared at Preston Crown Court.
He is charged with murdering Jillinda Fisher, aged 26, whose body was found in her flat above her Sybaris Beauty Salon, The Green, Eccleston, at 1.48pm on Saturday.
Bellass was refused bail and has been remanded in custody.
A provisional date of April 14, 2008, has been set for the trial.
