Junction 31 of the M6 Credit Highways England
MOTORISTS travelling out of East Lancashire have been warned of delays after a crash on the M6.
Two lanes have been closed northbound near junction 31.
A spokesman from traffic information provider Inrix said: "Travel time is around 20 minutes extra.
"There is also congestion on the M61 and the M65."
